Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat tekanan kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap Kesehatan mental karyawan kantor Dinas Pertanian Kota Serang Provinsi Banten. Penelitian dilakukan secara purposive sampling pada 31 responden dengan karakteristik populasi pendidikan minimal SMA, jenis kelamin, laki-laki dan perempuan, usia 20 sampai 50 tahun. pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengisian skala ukur psikologis dengan menggunakan skala likert. Nilai reliabilitas skala ukur tekanan kerja sebesar 0,908, reliabilitas skala ukur iklim organisasi sebesar 0,902, dan reliabilitas skala ukur kesehatan mental sebesar 0,782. Dari data analisis regresi linier berganda didapatkan hasil penelitian 500.840 residual 499.354 sedangkan variabel dependen sebesar 0.966 pada angket kesehatan mental. Artinya ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan tekanan kerja terhadap kesehatan mental. Serta iklim organisasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kesehatan mental.
